  • Eggs - soft scrambled in butter, poached, or soft boiled NOT fried
  • 4-8 Glasses of Water (8oz), filtered - avoid soft plastic bottles
  • Raw Mixed Nuts - no peanuts (too much fungus on shell)

  • Oats - Even Gluten free
  • Avoid high heat. This means nothing fried, broiled, boiled or baked at high temperature. It kills enzymes, changes liquid to gas and alters cellular structure 
  • Oils - No oil of any kind, this includes Extra Virgin Olive  oil, Coconut oil, or oil-based products like mayonnaise and salad dressings
  • No well-done Meat. (see high heat)
  • Deli Meats - loaded with nitrates and nitrites
  • Carbonated Drinks
  • Baked Potato Skins
  • Wheat
  • Barley
  • Rye
