"This stinks!!! I worked 9 hours - so why can't I sleep?"
Another sleepless night! What shall I try tonight?
Maybe a hot, soothing bath with lavender oil to sooth my shattered nerves will help. Well, so much for that.
I know, a long walk in the moonlight will tire me out and I will fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow. Wrong again!
....Soothing music, Aromatherapy, Heating Pad, Reading, Praying, Counting my Blessings, Sewing, Writing in my Journal, Changing beds, trying to sleep on the couch - in the recliner,
I've tried it all, nothing seemed to work!
Do you have trouble getting to sleep or wake up in the middle of the night and can’t go back to sleep?
I searched the internet and the only other suggestion I could find that I hadn't tried was sleeping pills. They seem to be the norm for helping Insomnia.
But, I don't want to take sleeping pills - I hear they can be addictive and I'm probably allergic to them!
